General Information
What time is check-in and check-out?
Campers:
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 11am, Early check-in or late check-out is available at a small cost of £3. let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate if available.
Glampers:
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am, Early check-in or late check-out is available at a cost of £5. Let us know in advance, we will do our best to accommodate if available.
Where are you located?
We are nestled in the beautiful Suffolk countryside in a small village called Willisham near Ipswich. The site is on the top of a hill overlooking a small lake with stunning views.
Do you have parking on-site?
Yes! We offer free parking for all guests.
Are your pitches & accommodations suitable for children?
Yes, we welcome families! We have a mud kitchen & bare foot walk in our wooded area. Fishing is great for children as lots of fish to catch!
Accommodations have board games/colouring books & TV’s.
Can I bring my pet?
We love furry friends, friendly well behaved dogs are welcome in all pitches and in the Nest. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times during busy periods. The Hive Shepherds hut doesn’t allow dogs.
Facilities & Amenities
Is there electricity and WiFi?
We offer 6 pitches that have electric points (3 gravel & 3 grass) Electric is included in both accommodations.
We encourage guests to switch off and enjoy nature, No Wi-Fi is provided on site.
Do you provide bedding and towels?
Yes! All accommodations come with fresh bedding, pillows, and towels—so you can pack light.
Is there a shower & toilet on-site?
Yes, we have clean spacious Shower/toilet facilities. 2 unisex toilets, 1 with baby changing unit and 2 showers.
Do you have cooking facilities?
Yes. Campers can hire firepits on site, both accommodations include a microwave, camping gas stove, BBQ & firepit. The Hive also has a multi oven. All utensils are provided. If you bring your own BBQ please ensure this is off the ground (bricks are provided on site)
Can we have a fire?
Yes, we provide fire pits with logs available to purchase. Please follow our safety guidelines and never leave fires unattended.

What is there to do on-site?
Enjoy relaxing by the lake, Fishing, stargazing, toasting marshmallows, and countryside walks.
Are there any local attractions nearby?
Yes! We’re close to The Limeburners pub where they provide a range of live music. Visit the charming villages of Offton & Somersham.

Can I book extras like a Firepit pack or firewood in advance?
Absolutely! You can pre-book Fire pit packs when you book your stay or let us know on arrival. Other extras available are Hillys Honey (Made by the bees next door) and in season we supply Fresh strawberries that are grown on site. We are looking into adding BBQ meat packs and Breakfast packs in the future.
Booking & Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is No refunds within 4 weeks of arrival date.
What if the weather is bad?
Glamping is all about embracing nature! Our accommodations are cozy and weatherproof, and we have rainy-day options like board games and blankets.
For those of you that are camping, bring your wellies and enjoy a rain walk to the Limeburners pub.
Can I book the whole site for a special event?
Yes. We have held 3 small intimate weddings and a wellness day on site which have all been fabulous, Get in touch for more information
